摘要
对西部某机场竣工环保验收中公众反映的机场噪声问题进行调查,并采取实地监测的方法,确定其影响程度和范围,讨论采取措施的有效性,为解决机场环境噪声问题提出建议。从公众的角度和技术的角度对噪声影响进行综合分析,机场运行过程中应协调好经济效益和环境效益。提出根据当前经济发展状况,制定合理的机场周围声环境标准的思路。
Making an investigation on airport mental acceptance of an airport in western noise problems raised by public during China, adopts field monitoring method, project completion and environ- determines its influence degree and range, to discuss the effectiveness of the measures, and provide suggestions for solving the noise problem at the airport. From the perspective of the public view and technology, conducted the comprehensive analysis of the noise af- fect, the airport operation should be coordinated in economic benefits and environmental benefits. Based on the cur- rent status of economic development, put forward the thinking for formulating reasonable environment standard of air- craft noise around airport.
