某型导引头功耗超差的原因分析与改进

摘要 某型导引头在功耗检测时,出现指标超差故障。根据某型导引头的电子部件工作原理,分析故障现象,经过排查验证,最终确定故障原因为导引头电子部件电压和集成电路性能指标与导引头总体要求不匹配导致。提出了通过控制导引头电子部件电压和集成电路功耗技术,经验证试验表明,零部件及导引头指标满足设计要求,保障了产品的质量及生产效率。 There are indicators of tolerance fault, when the power consumption is detected in a certain type of seeker. According to the working principle of electronic component of the seeker, the fault phenomenon is analyzed. After investiga- tion and verification, the cause of the fault is finally confirmed to be that the voltage of the electronic component and the per- formance index of the integrated circuit do not match with the general requirements of the seeker. The effective measures to control the voltage of the electronic components and the power consumption index of the integrated circuit are put forward in this paper, which made the parts and the seeker indicators meet the design requirements. The results show that the fault could be solved effectively and the quality of the product and the oroduction efficiency are ensured.
