摘要
使用便携式可见分光光度计对土壤中的有效成分(有效磷、速效钾、铵态氮)进行现场快速定量分析.结果表明:有效磷检出限0.41mg/kg,速效钾检出限1.44mg/kg,铵态氮检出限0.44mg/kg.与标准方法的对比,快检方法相对偏差从1.9%~9.68%.精密度的评价实验中,3种检测项目的精密度均优于5%.实验证明便携式可见分光光度计测定土壤中有效磷、速效钾、铵态氮的结果与实验室测定结果相当,是目前阶段对蔬菜种植过程进行监控的一种有效方法.
Effective Components(available P, available K, ammonium N)in soil wereanalyzedquantificationally by Portable visible spectrophotometer. Results showedthatthe detection limits of RFT(rapid field test)for ammonium N, available P, and available K were 0.41mg/kg, 1.44mg/kg and 0.44mg/kg respectively. Compared to the standard method, the experiments showedthat the relative deviation between RFT and standard method is less than 9.68%. Precision experimensshowed that the relative standard deviation(RSD) is less than 5%. The experimental results showed that the resultsobtainedby portable visible spectrophotometer are similar to the results of laboratory tests. RFT is desirable for efficient monitoring and control of vegetable cultivation.
