摘要 针对目前电梯液压缓冲器复位传统检测方法效率低、准确度差等不足,设计了一种基于激光技术的电梯液压缓冲器动态跟踪检测的方法及仪器。该仪器采用激光测距技术,对激光测距信号进行采集和分析,完成液压缓冲器压缩行程和复位时间的测量,实现了液压缓冲器复位过程的动态监测及结果的自动计算。经现场试验表明,该仪器可以自动显示压缩行程、复位时间和绘制复位过程中的运动曲线,提高了测量精度和效率,为液压缓冲器的隐患检测提供参考。 To cope with the low efficiency and poor accuracy in traditional detection methods of the elevator hydraulic buffer reposition, a method and instrument for the dynamic tracking detection of the hydraulic buffer of elevator based on laser technology is designed. The laser ranging technique is used in this instrument to collect and analyze the laser ranging signals. The compression stroke and the reposition time of the hydraulic buffer are measured, the dynamic monitoring of the reposition process and the automatic calculation of the result are achieved. The field test shows that the instrument can automatically display the compression stroke, the reposition time, draw the motion curve of the reposition process, improve the measuring precision and efficiency, and provide reference for the detection of hydraulic buffer.
