摘要
党的十八届五中全会提出"提高党领导发展的能力"这一时代命题。多维视角解决提高党领导发展能力的路径与策略问题,关键在于对影响党领导发展能力的主要因素做好"加减乘除",即做好"加法",激发党领导发展的活力;做好"减法",清除党领导发展的阻力;做好"乘法",升级党领导发展的动力;做好"除法",祛除党领导发展的离心力。
The Party puts forward the proposition of this era-the ability to improve the development of the Party leadership in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.The research on the problem of method and tactics of the ability tries to improve the development of the Party leadership from multi-dimensional perspectives,and the key lies in doing better'addition,subtraction,multiplication and division'of the main factors that influence the ability of improving the development of the Party leadership.That is to say,doing better addition:arouse the vigor of the development of the Party leadership;doing better subtraction:clear resistance of the development of the Party leadership;doing better multiplication:upgrade the power of the development of the Party leadership;doing better division:dispel centrifugal force of the development of the Party leadership.
