摘要
[目的]探讨护士控制感与自尊对主观幸福感的影响,着重验证自尊在控制感与主观幸福感之间的中介作用。[方法]采用控制感量表、自尊量表、主观幸福感量表对西安市397名护士进行调查。[结果]护士控制感总分为17.59分±4.74分,高于非大学生成人常模11.0分±5.6分。自尊量表总分为32.12分±4.22分,高于均值20分。主观幸福感量表总分为57.25分±11.74分,其中积极情绪得分为22.07分±7.68分,消极情绪得分为15.58分±5.00分,生活满意度得分为19.59分±5.74分。不同婚姻、生育情况及聘用形式护士主观幸福感总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士控制感与主观幸福感呈负相关(P<0.05),自尊与主观幸福感呈正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,控制感能够预测自尊水平与主观幸福感,且自尊能够预测主观幸福感。结构方程模型分析显示,自尊在控制感和主观幸福感之间有中介作用。[结论]护士控制感可以影响主观幸福感,自尊在其中扮演重要的中介作用。
Objective: To probe into the influence of nurses' sense of control and self-esteem on subjective well-being,and to verify the mediating role of self-esteem between sense of control and subjective well-being. Methods: A total of 397 nurses in Xi'an were investigated by using the sense of control scale,self-esteem scale and subjective well-being scale. Results: The total score of nurses' control sense was 17. 59 ± 4. 74,higher than that of non adult students norm( 11. 0 ± 5. 6). The total score of self-esteem scale was 32. 12 ± 4. 22,higher than the average value( 20). The total score of subjective well-being scale was 57. 25 ± 11. 74,among them positive emotion score was 22. 07 ± 7. 68,the negative emotion score was 15. 58 ± 5. 00,and the life satisfaction score was 19. 59 ± 5. 74. There were statistically significant differences in total scores of subjective well-being among nurses with different marital status,childbearing status and form of employment( P < 0. 05). There was a negative correlation between nurses' sense of control and subjective well-being( P< 0. 05),and self-esteem was positively related to subjective well-being( P < 0. 05). Regression analysis showed that the sense of control could predict self-esteem and subjective well-being,and self-esteem could predict subjective well-being.Structural equation modeling showed that self-esteem had mediating effects between the sense of control and subjective well-being. Conclusions: Nurses' sense of control could influence subjective well-being,and self-esteem played an important mediating role in it.
