摘要
以绍兴市东小江大桥为例,介绍了后压浆桩施工工艺及要点,从注浆中断、注浆压力达不到结束标准、卡管、注浆管破损四方面,分析了后压浆技术应用中的常见问题及解决方法,旨在形成深厚软基超长桩后压浆成套技术。
Taking Dongxiao river bridge in Shaoxing city as an example, the paper introduces post-grouting pile construction technologies and points, and analyzes common post-grouting technology application problems and solutions from four aspects of grouting interrupt, poor grouting pressure to ending criteria, crossing failure and grouting pile damage, with a view to form post-grouting technology of super-long pile with deep- soft foundation.
