摘要
为了确定某露天煤矿在首采区爆破作业对非工作帮的影响,对首采区非工作帮进行了边坡稳定性数值模拟分析,以及对非生产帮进行爆破荷载下的边坡稳定性分析,并结合生产现场对非生产帮边坡稳定性进行现场监测。研究结果表明:边坡在自重条件下该露天矿的安全系数为1.33,符合规范中安全储备系数的要求,边坡处于稳定状态;在爆破荷载作用下首采区非工作帮的安全系数为1.31,低于自重条件下的安全储备系数;工程实测与FLAC^(3D)跟踪监测质点振动的峰值,比较结果误差只有2.24%,验证了FLAC^(3D)模拟爆破动荷载条件下边坡稳定性的正确性和准确性。同时,根据爆破震动对露天矿边坡稳定性的影响,提出了降震和爆破响应控制的建议和手段。
In order to determine a mine operation in the first mining area of blasting effect to non working wall,the first mining non working slope slope stability numerical simulation analysis was carried out,then the non production for stability analysis of soil slope under blasting loads,according to the production field of non production site monitoring of slope stability. The results show that the safety coefficient of slope in open-pit mine under the weight of 1. 33,meet the requirements of safety coefficient,the slope is in stable state; in the blasting load at first mining non safety factor working for 1. 31,lower than the safety factor under the natural condition; the peak measured with FLAC^(3D) tracking and monitoring the particle vibration,the errors of only 2. 24%,FLAC^(3D) verifies the correctness and accuracy of simulation of blasting dynamic load under the condition of slope stability. At the same time,according to the influence of blasting vibration on the slope stability of open-pit mine,suggestions and measures for earthquake reduction and blasting response control were put forward.
