摘要
脑胶质瘤是最常见的神经系统恶性肿瘤,其呈浸润性生长,具有恶性程度高、浸润性强、预后差等特点.虽然手术切除、化疗和放疗方法已经取得迅猛发展,但目前脑胶质瘤患者的临床预后仍然较差.在过去的二十多年间,基因治疗作为一种治疗脑胶质瘤的新型且有效的方式,已经被广泛应用于临床前及临床试验.目前常用的基因治疗方式包括:自杀基因治疗、免疫基因治疗、溶瘤病毒治疗、抑癌基因治疗、抗血管生成因子治疗和microRNAs介导的基因治疗.本文将介绍目前用于脑胶质瘤治疗的基因疗法.
Glioma is the most common central nervous system neoplasm. It is characterized by infiltrating growth, high degree of malignancy, strong infiltration and poor prognosis. Despite of recent advances in surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, prog- noses of glioma are rather poor. As a novel and promising therapy, gene therapy has been applied pre-elinically for the treatment of glioma in the last two decades. The strategies of gene therapy include suicide gene therapy, immune gene therapy, oncolytic viral therapy, tumor suppressor gene therapy, anti-angiogenic gene therapy and microRNAs mediated gene therapy. Here, these gene therapy approaches for the treatment of glioma are reviewed.
