摘要
目的:探讨运用磁敏感加权成像技术诊断脑微出血的临床价值和意义。方法:运用磁敏感加权成像检测60例脑微出血患者。结果:60例患者中,共发现病灶587个,单发病灶14例,多发病灶46例。SWI阳性率(100%)高于T1WI的阳性率(40.5%)和T2WI的阳性率(53.2%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁敏感加权成像技术序列对颅内微小出血的敏感性明显高于常规MRI序列,在脑微出血诊断和治疗中具有重要参考价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of SWI in the diagnosis of CMBs and meaning.Method: 60 patients of cerebral microbleeds were checked with SWI.Result:In 60 cases,587 lesions were found,14 cases of single lesion and 46 cases of multiple lesions.The positive rate(100%) of SWI was higher than that of T1WI(40.5%) and T2WI(53.2%),the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:SWI sequence on the sensitivity of CMBs is obviously higher than that of conventional MRI sequence,and it has important reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of CMBs.
