水性阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯真空镀膜金属涂料

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇、N-甲基二乙醇胺、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、去离子水、乙酸等原料合成了UV固化的多官能度水性阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂。通过正丁胺法监测合成过程中异氰酸酯跟(-NCO)的含量,并讨论了胺值、原料的不同配比等因素对涂料性能的影响,通过性能测试,表明该水性多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂通过搭配活性单体、光引发剂、助剂和助溶剂等,配制成了性能优异的金属用水性真空镀膜涂料。 The water cationid UV curable mulfunctional polyurethane-acrylate resin was synthesized isophorone diisocyanate, polyester polyol, N-Methyldiethanola Mine, pentaerythritol tricacrylate, deionized water, acetic acid. The charge of isocyanate content during synthesis progress was monitored by di-n-butylarmine titration method. The effect of amine value and proportion of materials on the properties of coating were discussed. The water vacuum plating coating for metal was prepared by the polyester resin, monomers, photoinitiator, assistants and cosolvent. The test result showed that the properties of the water metallic vacuum plating coating was excellent.
