摘要
目的探讨血透室手卫生耗材精细化管理对医务人员手卫生规范执行依从效果的影响。方法自2016年12月起,我院采用数据分析法对血液透析室手卫生耗材实行精细化管理,本文选取2016年12月—2017年5月的评定结果作为观察组,2016年6—11月评定结果为对照组,对比两个时间段血透室医务人员手卫生规范执行依从效果。结果观察组手卫生相关知识知晓率、态度和行为的正确率、手卫生依从性等手卫生规范执行依从效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实行前后两个时间段,血透室医务人员平均手卫生监测结果总体合格率均符合要求,但观察组细菌菌落总数培养值比对照组更低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理法应用于血透室手卫生耗材管理,能显著改善医务人员手卫生规范执行的依从效果,更好的保证医院感染预防控制制度的完善及落实成效。
Objective To explore the effect of fine management of hemodialysis hand hygiene consumables on the compliance effect of medical personnel hand hygiene standard. Methods Since December 2016, our hospital used data analysis method of hemodialysis room hand hygiene supplies refined management, the assessment results were collected from December 2016 to May 2017 as the observation group, the assessment results was collected from June to November 2016 for the control group, the two time period hematopoietic room medical staff hand hygiene norms to implement compliance effect was compared. Results In the observation group, the hand hygiene knowledge awareness, attitude and behavior of the time, such as hand hygiene compliance with hand hygiene standard execution compliance effect were significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Implement two periods before and after hemodialysis room staff average overall qualified rate of hand hygiene monitoring results conform to the requirements, but the total number of bacterial colonies culture values of the observation group were lower than those of control group, with statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion After the implementation of the new standard, the fine management method should be applied to the management of blood hygiene hand hygiene supplies, which can improve the compliance effect of medical personnel hand hygiene standard and ensure the perfection and implementation of hospital infection prevention and control system.
