通过中药房多年的工作经验总结及中医药发展趋势,了解现阶段中药房窗口服务的重要性,从保证中药质量、中药师的业务素质、心理素质、沟通技巧等方面进行分析,对中药房窗口服务中存在的问题提出了相应的建议与改进措施,以保证中药质量,提高中药师的综合素质,做好中药房窗口服务,进而促进医院整个服务体系的进步,给患者创造一个优质的就医环境。
