摘要
目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术在治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的复发性腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为观察组(经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗)和对照组(椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗),分别为40例。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,优于对照组77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS疼痛评分、生存质量各项指标评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复发性腰椎间盘突出症患者通过经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗疗效显著,能有效改善患者疼痛症状,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To explore the value of percutaneous intervertebral foramen in the treatment of recurrent lumbar disc herniation. Methods Eighty patients with recurrent lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group（percutaneous intervertebral foramen treatment） and control group（laminectomy） people. Results The total effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group and 77.5% in the control group, the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The scores of VAS pain score and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionRecurrent lumbar disc herniation patients through the percutaneous intervertebral foramen treatment of significant efficacy, can effectively improve the patient＇s pain symptoms improve the quality of life of patients.
