摘要
针对目前配电网继电保护数字仿真系统只能实现二次侧仿真、仿真效果不明显的缺陷,提出了能同时进行一、二次仿真的配电网继电保护一二次联合数字仿真系统。给出了仿真系统的总体设计方案,并从故障数据获取、对外数据接口、故障数据转换以及保护算法4个方面,阐述了该仿真系统的关键技术及相应的实现方法。基于PSCAD/EMTDC和VC++构建了一二次联合仿真系统,并应用该仿真系统对线路过电流保护算例进行了仿真。算例仿真结果与理论分析一致,验证了所研究仿真系统的正确性和有效性。
Current digital simulation system used in relay protection can only achieve the secondary side protection simulation. Considering the defect, a primary and secondary combined digital simulation system of distribution network relay protection is put forward. Overall design scheme is given, the key technologies and related realizing methods are introduced from the aspects of fault data obtaining, external data interface, fault data conversion and protection algorithm. The proposed simulation system based on PSCAD/EMTDE and VC++ is constructed, and an over-current protection simulation example is performed. The simulation results are consistent with theoretical analysis, which verify the correctness and effectiveness of the simulation system.
