摘要
目的:探究彩色多普勒血流成像对缺血性脑卒中患者脑供血动脉血流参数的检测评价及相关临床作用意义。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的49例缺血性脑卒中患者列为观察组,同时选取52例在本院进行健康体检的人群作为对照组。对比两组研究对象颈内动脉和椎动脉血流参数及脑血流灌注量情况;分析观察组患者颈内动脉RI和椎动脉RI与t CBFV的相关性。结果:两组研究对象颈内动脉血流参数EDV、RI和椎动脉血流参数PSV、RI均有统计学差异,且观察组患者颈内动脉RI和椎动脉RI显著高于对照组;两组研究对象脑血流灌注量中a CBFV、pCBFV及t CBFV数值差异均有统计学意义,其中观察组tCBFV数值显著低于对照组;用Pearson检验相关性分析可得观察组患者颈内动脉RI(r=-0.358,P<0.001)、椎动脉RI(r=-0.472,P<0.001)与tCBFV呈负相关。结论:缺血性脑卒中运用彩色多普勒血流成像技术,可以准确的检测评估患者脑供血动脉血流动力学及脑血流灌注量的变化,操作简便且安全性高,对患者的早期诊断治疗具有重要的临床价值。
Objective：To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging in the detection and evaluation of cerebral blood supply artery flow parameters in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods：Forty-nine cases of ischemic stroke patients treated in our hospital were selected as observation group,52 patients in our hospital were selected as control group.The correlation between internal carotid artery and vertebral artery blood flow parameters and cerebral blood flow perfusion was compared between the two groups,and the correlation between RI and RI and tCBFV in the carotid artery of the observation group was analyzed.Results：The internal carotid artery blood flow parameters of two groups were EDV,RI and vertebral artery blood flow parameters PSV and RI were statistically significant,and the observation group＇s RI of internal carotid artery and vertebral artery RI were significantly higher than the control group＇s.The amount of a CBFV,p CBFV and tCBFV values had significant differences in the observation group and tCBFV value significantly lower than that of the control group.The observation group＇s internal carotid artery RI by Pearson test and correlation analysis（r=-0.358,P〈0.001）,vertebral artery RI（r=-0.472,P〈0.001） were negatively correlated with t CBFV.Conclusion：The color Doppler flow imaging technique can detect the changes of cerebral artery hemodynamics and cerebral blood perfusion accurately,with simple operation and high safety and important clinical value for early diagnosis of patients.
