摘要
在对比分析液压机和锻锤工作特性的基础上,以法兰锻件为例,通过计算其变形流动压力和变形功,推导出了自由锻造设备的吨位精准计算式,并阐述了影响吨位选定因素的参数取值范围。
Based on the comparative analysis of working characteristics between hydraulic presses and hammers,a flange forging was taken as example,and the accurate calculation formula of the tonnage of free forging equipment was deduced by calculating the flow stress and deformation work.The parameter ranges of factors influencing tonnage selection were also determined.
