摘要
利用Pro/E的强大三维造型能力对压舌板热封包装机切辊进行建模与装配,得到切辊的三维实体模型,并将其导入ANSYS Workbench软件中。利用ANSYS Workbench对切辊进行模态分析,得到切辊的前6阶固有频率与振型,确定其在工作转速下不会发生共振,并为切辊的后续研究提供理论依据。
The modeling and assembly of the cutter roll of a tongue plate heat-sealing machine was carried out by using the powerful three dimension modeling software Pro/E.The three-dimensional solid model of the cutter roll was obtained,and the model was imported into ANSYSWorkbench software.The modal analysis of the cutter roll was conducted using ANSYS Workbench,and the first six order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the cutter roll were obtained.The results show the cutter roll cannot be resonated at work speed.This analysis can provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up study of the cutter roll.
