摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科技术配合腹腔镜手术对异位妊娠患者疗效及恢复效率的影响。方法选取我院2014年3月~2016年4月异位妊娠行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,根据围术期实施方案的不同,分为快速康复组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),快速康复组应用快速康复外科理念模式实施干预,对照组实施传统护理模式,比较两组患者的治疗恢复效率,包括下床行走时间、住院时间、肛门排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间,以及进行两组患者间术后的并发症发生情况比较。结果快速康复组的下床行走时间、住院时间、肛门排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速康复组的术后并发症总发生率10.00%(6/60)低于对照组术后并发症发生率23.33%(14/60)(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科技术配合腹腔镜手术能有效降低手术应激反应,减少术后并发症,促进患者快速恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical techniques combined with laparoscopic surgery on curative effect and recovering efficiency of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were selected as research objects. According to implementing schemes during perioperative period,they were divided into the rapid rehabilitation group and the control group,with 60 in each group.The rapid rehabilitation group was given intervention according to rapid rehabilitation surgical concept model while the control group was given traditional nursing mode. Recovering efficiency of treatment including Recovering efficiency,including ambulation time,hospitalization stay,anal exhaust time and the recovery time of intestinal sound of patients in two groups were compared.In addition,the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups was compared. Results Ambulation time,hospitalization stay,anal exhaust time and the recovery time of intestinal sound of the rapid rehabilitation group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group.Differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Total incidence of postoperative complications in the rapid rehabilitation group was 10.00%（6/60）,lower than that of the control group 23.33% （14/60）（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical techniques combined with laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce operative stress response and postoperative complications and promote rapid recovery of patients.
