摘要
运用简单的流延涂布法制作出了三种不同质量比的壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇(CS/PVA)复合薄膜,并采用扫描电镜分析手段对样品进行了微观形貌的表征,同时研究了三种不同质量比的CS对CS/PVA复合薄膜的力学性能、透湿性、透氧性以及抗菌效果的影响。通过对比分析发现,当CS的质量分数为2.5%时,所制得的CS/PVA复合薄膜最具有成为食品包装材料的潜力。
Three chitosan/poly(vinyl alcohol) (CS/PVA) composite films with different mass ratios were produced by cast coating. Scanning electron microscopy method was used to analysis the characterization of the microstructure, and the effect of three different mass ratios of CS on the mechanical properties, moisture permeability, oxygen permeability and antibacterial was studied. The results show that when the CS content is 2. 5wt%, CS/PVA bilayer films has the most potential to become food packaging materials.
