摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对武汉市草根羽毛球社团的发展状况进行研究。结果显示:武汉市草根羽毛球深受市民喜爱,其社团组织发展良好,市民参与性强、社团文化、社团制度等不断完善;但同时也面临发展的困境,场地设施不足、场地费用高、社团管理松散等问题。因此,提出构建草根体育社团赛事体系,寻求帮扶创建多元经费资助,扩大草根体育影响力等,是武汉市草根体育社团可持续发展的主要出路。
Using the methods of literature and questionnaire, this paper researches the development of bad- minton grassroots community in Wuhan. The results show that badminton grassroots community is loved by the public, the development of social organizations in Wuhan is good, strong public participation, community, cul- ture, social system are constantly improved; but it also faces development dilemma, such as inadequate facili- ties, high venue costs, corporate management loose issues. Therefore, building grassroots sport club events system, seeking help to create multiple funding and expand grassroots sport influence, is the main way of sustain- able development of grassroots sports club in Wuhan City.
