摘要
在经济快速发展的国际化背景之下,人类活动逐渐加剧,河道健康问题逐渐凸显出来。文章详细介绍了河道健康的概念体系,以大凌河河道健康评价工程为依托,构建了层次分析与模糊分析相结合的评价模型,探讨了河道健康恶化问题的关键所在,并提出体系化治理体系与措施。
Due to the internationalization background of rapid economic development, the human activities are exacerbated gradually and health problems about river course are more and more visible. The paper described in details the concept and system of river course to construct an evaluation model combing analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation based on the health evaluation project of Daling river course, discussing the key problem of the river course health deterioration in order to put forward the systematic governance system and measures.
