摘要
分析招标文件存在缺陷、施工图纸不完善、工程量清单缺陷、评标过程不科学、从业人员知识能力差异大等招标阶段可能的风险源,提出招标阶段造价风险管理的具体措施,为业主在招标阶段管控工程造价风险提供参考。
This paper analyzes the possible risk sources of project cost in the bidding stage such as imperfection of bidding documents compilation and construction drawing,incomplete and inaccurate bills of quantities,unscientific evaluation process,significant difference in knowledge and ability between employees. On the basis,puts forward concrete measures of risk management,to provide the beneficial references for the owner to manage the risk of project cost in the bidding stage.
