介绍运用V法铸造工艺生产大型、厚大断面、大弧面U型球铁件的生产技术,实际生产中运用了V法特殊的生产条件,得到品质优良的球墨铸铁件,同时保证了圆弧面精确的弧度要求。
The production technology of vacuum casting process for large-size, thick-section and big cambered surface ductile cast iron was introduced in the special production condition, the ductile cast iron castings with high quality were manufactured, and the precise indian require of arc surface was guaranteed.
