摘要
针对锻铸车间热处理炉能耗较高,经过传统的一次余热利用预热助燃空气后仍产生较大的热损失等问题,设计了高温废气二次回收利用系统,阐述了锻铸车间高温烟气余热二次利用系统的组成,对烟气余热收集、软化水制取、热量主循环、热水制取、采暖及生活用水供应系统,以及自动化控制等做了介绍。通过现场运行情况可知,该系统对于提高热处理炉热效率、完善热处理工艺、节能环保等有明显的作用。
For high energy consumption problem of heat treatment furnace in forging and casting workshop, a secondary high temperature exhaust gas recycling system was designed, the components of the system was expounded, and the collection of waste heat of flue gas, the production of water softening, the heat cycle, the production of hot water, the supply system of heating and drinking water and the automatic control were introduced. Through running on site, it can be found that the system has obvious effect on improving the thermal efficiency of heat treatment furnace, energy saving and environmental protection, etc.
