摘要
通过对发电机定、转子冲片冲压成形工艺进行分析,在初样、单件小批量发电机研制过程中,对不确定是否有后续产品的情况下,可借用成熟产品的成形模,在保证质量的同时节省研制成本。在转子冲片模具设计中,尽可能减少模具的投放数量和减小模具外形尺寸,利用2次定位和4分度棘轮机构进行分步冲制,模具结构相对简单,便于安装调试和维修,节约模具设计与制造成本,具有合理的经济性。
The stamping processes of the generator stator and rotor blanking were analyzed. In the development of first sample and small batch generator, the die for existing product could be used to form the stator and rotor blanking if the subsequent products couldn't be determined. In the die design for rotor blanking, the number of dies and its dimension should be reduced as less as possible. The twice positioning and ratchet mechanism were used for stamping step by step. The die structure was relatively simple and easy to install and maintain.
