摘要
为了精简优化升降平台剪叉机构,采用CAD/CAE软件对剪叉机构进行运动学及动力学仿真,确定了液压缸的尺寸,对危险工况下剪叉臂铰点的受力进行分析,并对剪叉臂做有限元分析,得出剪叉臂的应力分布图及变形分布图。优化后的升降平台剪叉机构结构更加简单,降低了制造成本,推广应用前景广阔。
In order to streamline and optimize scissors fork mechanism of lifting platform,kinematics and dynamics simulation of scissors fork mechanism were carried out by using CAD/CAE software. Size of hydraulic cylinder was determined. Force on hinge point of scissors fork under dangerous conditions was analyzed. Finite element analysis of scissors fork arms was made.Stress distribution diagram and deformation distribution diagram of scissors fork arms were obtained. Structure of optimized scissors fork mechanism of lifting platform was simpler and its manufacturing cost reduced. Optimized mechanism had wide application prospect.
