摘要
文章介绍金属三角垫在尿素高压容器上的应用情况,通过分析金属三角垫的径向自紧密封原理,给出其中四台高压容器(E1/E2/E3/E4)封头(大盖)主螺栓预紧载荷Qi及总载荷Q的计算值,归纳了金属三角垫的一些优缺点,同时提出金属三角垫在尿素高压容器上应用时应注意的一些问题。
This paper introduces the application of metal triangular pad in urea high pressure vessel. By analyzing radial self-sealing principle of metal triangular pad, preload Qi and total load Q of the main bolt of four high-pressure vessels (E1/E2/E3/E4) are calculated. The advantages and disadvantages of metal triangle pad are summarized. Some problems that should be paid attention to during metal triangle application in urea high pressure vessel are also put forward.
