摘要
本文通过简述甲醇一车间三套净化系统2016年9月8日起相继出现出工段总硫波动的异常情况,并详细介绍了故障调查和原因分析,最后阐述了针对故障出现的原因采取的有效措施、效果以及从中得到的经验和教训。
This paper briefly describes the abnormal situations of the total sulfur fluctuation in three sets of purification systems of methanol unit since september 8, 2016. Then malfunction investigation and reason analysis are introduced in detail. Finally, the effective measures and effects are expounded. Experiences and lessons are also summarized.
