摘要
分析我国政府铁路管理的现状与存在的主要问题,论述市场经济条件下政府铁路管理的职能,对入世后调整政府铁路管理职能以及加强铁路政府监管提出若干建议。
The paper analyzes the current situation and major problems of railway management by the Chinese government. It briefs on the functions of railway management of the government under the market economy and proposals for strengthening the regulations over the railway by the government after China' entry into the WTO.
