摘要
论文旨在探讨文学评论家及翻译家梁实秋的文学传统对其翻译活动的影响,并以梁实秋所译英国作家乔治·艾咯特的小说《织工马南传》为研究对象,指出译者信奉的文学传统不仅指导其选择译介的作家及作品,更影响其翻译策略。而译者的翻译策略,相当程度上与其文学传统有契合之处。
This paper is aimed at discussing the effects Liang Shiqiu＇s literary tradition have on his translation activities and studying the translation of George Eliot＇s novel＂ Silas Marner＂. It explains that the translator＇s literary tradition not only determines his or her translating material but also affect his translation strategies. To some extent, translators~ translation strategies are related to their poetics.
