摘要
侧伸式搅拌器是水煤浆锅炉附属浆液储制度的重要设备,在最初的使用中经常出现轴封磨损水煤浆泄漏的故障,导致搅拌器无法正常运转。文章通过对侧伸式搅拌器轴封磨损泄漏的原因进行详细地分析,从搅拌器的轴封结构入手,并且结合现场实际工况,对其轴封进行了改造,取得了良好的效果。
The side-stretch agitator is important equipment of the ancillary slurry storage tank of coal-water slurry boiler.During the period of initial use,failure of coal-water slurry leakage resulting from shaft seal wear often occurred.Therefore,the agitator cannot operate properly.This paper makes a detailed analysis on the reasons of leakage caused by shaft seal wear of the side-stretch agitator.Starting from the shaft sealing structure of agitator and combining with the actual working condition,revamp of the shaft seal was carried out and it achieved good effects.
