摘要
背景本研究组前期构建了基于医患双方的公立医院声誉评价指标体系,但尚未对指标进行权重赋值。目的计算基于医患双方的公立医院声誉评价指标体系各级指标的权重值,以进一步完善该指标体系,为实际开展公立医院的声誉评价工作奠定基础。方法 2015年6月,采用层次分析法确定基于医患双方的公立医院声誉评价指标体系各级指标的权重,主要包括建立层次结构模型、构造两两判断矩阵、层次单排序与层次总排序4个步骤。结果层次结构模型分为目标层(公立医院声誉评价指标体系)、准则层(医患两个视角)、子准则层(一级指标)和方案层(二级指标)。共构造出450个判断矩阵(每位专家15个,共30位专家)。层次单排序中,各层级指标判断矩阵的CR均<0.100,具有满意一致性;层次总排序中,医务人员部分、患者部分及指标体系最终总排序一致性CR分别为0.050、0.020和0.032,均<0.100,指标体系层次总排序具有满意一致性。结论权重赋值后的基于医患双方的公立医院声誉评价指标体系可尝试应用于公立医院声誉评价的实际工作中。
Background Our research group has designed the evaluation index system of reputation of public hospital from the perspectives of both doctors and patients in early stage, but we have not made weight assignment to the indexes. Objective To compute the weight of every index at different levels of the evaluation system of reputation of public hospital from the perspectives of both doctors and patients,thus to improve the index system and lay the foundation for carrying out the reputation evaluation of public hospital. Methods In June 2015,the weight of each index at different levels of this system was determined by analytic hierarchy process,which consists of four steps： the establishment of hierarchical structure model,the construction of two judgment matrix,single hierarchical sorting and total hierarchical sorting. Results The hierarchical structure model was divided into four levels： target level（ evaluation index system of reputation of public hospital）, criterion level（ perspectives of both doctors and patients）,sub-criteria level（ first-grade indicator） and program level（ second-grade indicator）. A total of 450 judgment matrices（ 15 judgment matrices per expert,30 experts totally） were constructed. In the single hierarchical sorting,all the CR of the judgment matrix of each index at different levels was less than 0. 100, and had satisfactory consistency. And in the total sorting of the hierarchy,the overall sorting consistency of the doctors,patients and the whole index system finally was 0. 050,0. 020 and 0. 032 respectively,all were less than 0. 100,and the overall ranking of the hierarchy of the index system had satisfactory consistency. Conclusion The index evaluation system of reputation of public hospital from the perspectives of both doctors and patients after weight assignment can be tried to apply into the actual evaluation work of the reputation of public hospital.
