摘要
为解决圈圈纱与竹节纱复合成型不良的问题,利用自主研发的多功能电机电脑控制器对Allma的EHP-2型三罗拉花式捻线机进行技术改造.通过选择合适的原料,设计合理工艺参数,开发一款外观良好,疵点少的圈圈竹节复合花式纱,并对其强伸性进行探究.结果表明,此款复合花式纱集合了圈圈纱和竹节纱的外观效果,强伸性优于普通圈圈纱和竹节纱,满足设计要求.
In order to solve the composite molding problem of loop yarn and slub yarn, the Allma EHP-2 type three roller twisting machine was technologically transformed with the self-designed multi-functional computer controller. By selecting appropriate materials and designing the reasonable process parameters, a new type of loop-slub composite yarn with better appearance and fewer defects was developed. Then its strength and elongation were studied. It is pointed out that this kind of composite yarn,taking the appearance of circle yarn and slubby yarn,it is better in strength and therefore meets the design requirements.
