随着市场经济的崛起,公路工程建设市场已进入了一个微利时代,施工单位必须通过调整项目管理理念,在不断提升精细化管理水平的同时,通过现代成本管理理念的实施,科学地组织实施成本控制,才能有效降低施工成本,保障企业利润。就公路工程施工过程中的成本控制进行了分析。
