摘要
在我国大力推进创新驱动战略的时代背景下,以提高科技创新能力为目标,分析制约高新区科技创新发展的因素涉及国际化开放支撑不足、创新空间支撑不足、创新服务支撑不足三个方面。并在此基础上探讨高新区面向科技创新的土地利用策略,主要包括土地集约利用、创新用地规划、存量用地更新等内容,以期为解决实际问题提供具体思路。
