摘要
目的探讨肩关节镜下肩袖破裂修补术的手术配合方法。方法选取医院2015年12月-2016年12月行肩关节镜下修补术治疗的肩袖破裂80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规手术配合护理措施,观察组给予围术期综合手术配合护理措施。比较2组肩关节功能评分优良率、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组肩关节功能评分优良率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩关节镜下修补术治疗肩袖破裂实施综合性、系统化的手术配合护理措施可以提高手术治疗效果、降低术后并发症风险,促进患者的康复,且护理满意度高。
Objective To investigate cooperation and nursing methods of shoulder rotator cuff rupture repair surgery with shoulder arthroscopy. Methods 80 patients with shoulder rotator cuff rupture from December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital receiving arthroscopic shoulder repair surgery were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine surgical and nursing care measures and the observation group to give perioperative comprehensive surgery with care measures. Comparison of the excellent rate of shoulder function score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction was made between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate and the satisfaction of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group; the incidence of complications in observation group were lower than those in control group. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shoulder arthroscopic repair treatment of rotator cuff rupture implementation of a comprehensive,systematic surgery with care measures can improve the effect of surgical treatment,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,promote patient rehabilitation,and improve nursing satisfaction.
