摘要
文章主要研究小型挖掘机的工作装置的运动过程、液压缸的设计及其有限元结构分析。首先分析挖掘机工作装置的工况情况及运动过程,再根据本文所选定研究的徐工XE65D履带式全液压小型单斗挖掘机的参数,设计出工作装置中三个液压缸,最后对所设计液压缸主要部件进行有限元模态分析和静力分析,选定活塞杆进行有限元结构分析,以确定该设计过程是否合理。
This paper studies the movement process of the device of the mini excavator and finite element structural analysis of the hydraulic. At first it analysis the conditions of the excavator working device and the course of the campaign map. Then on the basis of the parameters of crawler hydraulic the mini single-bucket excavator named XUGONGXE65D, three hydraulic cylinders are designed. Finally do the finite-element modal analysis and static analysis of the main parts, to define whether the design process of the excavator's working device is reasonable or not.
