摘要
为分析地市电力骨干通信网在特定阶段的发展态势,确定制约发展的关键因素,现需要对通信网络整体的发展水平进行全面诊断。分别从电网阶段发展水平、骨干通信网阶段发展水平、骨干通信网拓扑状态三个角度建立一种分层、多目标融合的地市电力骨干通信网全景诊断指标模型,利用多级可拓算法,最终以等级的形式给出通信网发展水平的诊断结果。根据已建立的诊断指标模型,以三个典型地市骨干网为研究对象,综合诊断不同地区电力骨干通信网"十二五"期间的发展水平,并给出了今后的发展重点及投资建议。诊断模型的建立为研究面向规划发展的地市电力骨干通信网建设状况提供了解决方法和思路。
To analyze the development trend of city power backbone communication network in particular stage and determine the key factors restricting the development, it is necessary to make a comprehensive development level diagnosis for the whole communication network. This paper establishes a layered, multi-objective fusion panoramic diagnosis index model for city power backbone commtmication network from the aspects of the grid development level, backbone communication network development level and backbone communication network topology state with multilevel extension method, and finally obtains the diagnosis results of the communication network development level in the form of grades. According to the established diagnostic index model, three typical cities are the objects of the research to make the comprehensive development diagnosis for these power backbone communication networks during the period of Twelfth Five-Year. In addition, the proposals are also given about the future development focus and the investment. The diagnostic model is provided to offer solutions and ideas for the research of constrction state oriented to the planning and development of city power backbone communication network.
