摘要
小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌是重要的食源性致病菌,如何有效地检测该菌是预防和减少食品安全问题的关键环节。本文较为系统地介绍了利用常规分离鉴定、免疫学、分子生物学和生物质谱等技术手段检测小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌的方法,最后对小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌检测技术的现状进行分析,并对发展趋势进行了预测。
Yersinia enterocolitica is an important food borne pathogen, how to effectively detect the bacteria is the key to prevent and reduce food safety issues. This paper systematically introduces the method of using conventional isolation and identification, immunology, molecular biology and biological mass spectrometry techniques to detection of Yersinia enterocolitica systematically, analyses the status of Yersinia enterocolitica detection techniques and predicts the development of future finally, enterocolitis Yersinia enterocolitica, the final status of enterocolitis Yersinia enterocolitica detection technology are analyzed, and the development trend.
