稳定同位素技术在土壤N2O溯源研究中的应用 被引量:10

A review on development of stable isotope technique in the studies of N_2O formation mechanism

摘要 氧化亚氮(N_2O)作为三大温室气体之一,追溯其来源已经成为研究热点,稳定同位素技术在土壤N_2O来源追踪方面已得到广泛应用.本文概述了产生N_2O的微生物、产生过程及其主要影响因素,综述了国内外关于利用N_2O同位素特征值δ^(15)N、δ^(18)O和SP值(N_2O分子内^(15)N在不同位置上的位嗜值)分析其来源的研究进展,以期为今后相关研究提供参考.其中关于SP的研究在国内尚属初级阶段,因此本文重点介绍国外SP在其溯源上的研究情况,并对今后国内相关研究提出一点看法. As one of three major greenhouse gases, nitrous oxide ( N2 O) has solicited substantial attention. Stable isotope has been widely used to explore the sources of N20 emissions. Here, we briefly introduced the microbial processes involved in N20 emissions, and the main influencing fac- tors. We further summarized the development of N20 isotope signature of δ15N, δ18O and SP (site preference of 15N in different positions of N20 molecule) in exploring the N20 formation mecha- nism. The application of these techniques, especially the SP values, is still at the primary stage in China. Therefore, this paper focused on the development of the isotope ratios analysis in partitioning N20 sources from foreign countries, and put forward suggestions on the future research in China.
