40T混合磁体低温分配阀箱控制系统设计

摘要 40T稳态混合磁体低温分配阀箱控制系统基于S7-300系列PLC和WinCC组态软件,实现了集数据采集、数据处理、逻辑流程、泵阀控制、图形化监控以及数据记录与查询等功能于一体的自动化控制系统。该系统通过Profibus-DP与以太网相结合,再辅以硬件上DP转光纤的方式,实现了高效稳定的系统通信网络。利用WinCC组态软件实现的图形化人机界面,实时显示系统中温度、压力、流量、液位等各种数据,增加了系统的灵活性。 Both S7-300 PLC and WinCC configuration software-based this 40T steady hybrid magnet' s cryogenic distribution valve box control system can accomplish auto-control functions like data acquisition and processing, logic process, pump and valve control, graphical monitoring and data record and data query; and through the way of converting DP into fiber and combining with Profibus-DP and Ethernet, this system has a stable and efficient communication network; and through having the WinCC configuration software-based graphical man-machine interface adopted, the data such as temperature, pressure, flow and level can be displayed at real time to increase flexibility of the system.
