摘要
建立了红薯中维生素C和维生素B_3的检测方法.采用超声波振荡法提取红薯中的维生素C和维生素B_3,利用HPLC对其进行测定,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.025 mol/LKH_2PO_4溶液(pH=6.0,20∶80,V/V),流速为0.9 m L/min,检测波长为200 nm.结果表明:维生素C和维生素B_3在该条件下得到了较好的分离,线性范围分别为5.40~54.0μg/m L和5.05~50.5μg/m L,样品中的含量分别为306.7μg/g和116.4μg/g.该方法可用于红薯中维生素C和维生素B_3含量的测定.
The contents of vitamin C and vitamin B3 in sweet potato are determined in this paper.vitamin C and vitamin B3 in sweet potato are extracted by ultrasonic method, and are determined by HPLC with methanol- 0.025 mol/L KH2PO4(pH=6.0,20 : 80,V/V) as mobile phase at the flow of 0.9 mL/min,kromasil C18 as col- umn ,200 nm as the detection wavelength.vitamin C and vitamin B3 are seperated completely ,the linear relation- ship are 5.40-54.0 μg/mL and 5.05-50.5μg/mL respectively,and the contents are 306.7μg/g and 116.4μg/g. This method is accurate, repeatable, and could be used to determine the contents of vitamin C and vitamin B3 in sweet potato.
