摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型老年收缩期高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取70例气虚血瘀型老年收缩期高血压患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例。对照组服用硝苯地平片,治疗组加服益气活血降压汤进行治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果:两组用药后的舒张压值、收缩压较治疗前均有所降低(P<0.05),同时治疗组降低幅度更大(P<0.05),而两组舒张压变化比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组总有效率为71.4%(P<0.05);两组治疗后的症状积分都明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低幅度更明显(P<0.05);两组中医症候疗效对比治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型收缩期高血压老年患者,可有效降低患者收缩压,改善其症状体征,临床治疗效果比单纯服用西药理想,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the treatment of blood pressure and blood pressure in patients with hyperten- sive blood stasis. Methods In 70 patients with qi deficiency blood stasis type senile systolic hypertension, a randomized, and 35 cases in the control group taking nifedipine tablets, control group take yiqi huoxue buck soup treatment, and observed the effect. Treatment group total effective rate was 91.4%, control group total effective rate was 71.4% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and two groups of cases after symptom scores were significantly lower, ( P 〈 O. 05 ) , the amplitude of the eases of treatment group was greater at the same time, (P 〈 0. 05 ), two groups of patients with TCM symptoms curative effect compared to the treatment group is better than that of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion the systolic hypertension in elderly patients with qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome during treatment, combination nifedipine and yiqi huoxue buck soup feasibility is high, can effectively reduce the patients with systolic blood pressure, improve the symptoms and signs, clinical treatment effect than pure western medicine ideal, take to the popularization and application.
