摘要
目的:建立同时测定护肝宁片中虎杖苷、槲皮素、大黄素、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA等5种活性成分含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Waters Symmetry~C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%的磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为270nm,柱温为40℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:5种成分的标准曲线线性关系良好(r≥0.9996,n=6),虎杖苷、槲皮素、大黄素、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA的平均加样回收率均在92.6%~95.7%之间,RSD均在1.3~2.1%(n=9)之间。结论:该方法准确,灵敏,精密度好,重现性高,适用于护肝宁片中这5种活性成分含量的测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Polydatin, quercetin, emodin, Tanshi-none Ⅰ, Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Huganning tablets. Methods The HPLC method uses the waters Symmetry C18 chromatographic column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), with the mobile phases were acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 270nm, the column temperature was 40~C. Results The calibration curves of five active compositions showed good linear relationship (r ≥0. 9996, n = 6), the average recovery of Polydatin, quercetin, emod- in, Tanshinone Ⅰ , Tanshinone Ⅱ A five active compositions was within the range of 92. 6%-95.7%, the RSD within the range of 1.3% - 2. 1% (n =9). Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility, and precision, which can be used to simultaneous detection the five active components in Huganning tablets.
