脑保护策略中低温治疗的研究进展 被引量:3

Progress in the study of cerebral protective strategies with hypothermic therapy

摘要 人体神经系统的活动依赖于大脑的温度,其温度的波动范围常〈3℃。有研究显示神经元细胞在42~43℃的环境下其电活动会不可逆性停滞,而在〈15℃的情况下,仅需90s即可导致神经元的电生理特性如兴奋性等受到明显的影响[1-2]。因此为了维持神经系统的正常活动,大脑对温度呈高度依赖性。而大脑的热能供应是由脑组织中的葡萄糖代谢后的60%转化而来,因此尽管大脑占人体总重量的2%~3%,但是其消耗的葡萄糖占全身总消耗量的25%[3]。 Hypothermic therapy is one of the main treatment of severe traumatic brain injury,ischemic cerebrovascular disease and other neurological diseases.Hypothermic therapy can reduces the patient's core temperature controllability and protect vital organs of the human body,especially the brain,heart,etc.,thereby reducing mortality and improving quality of life.Of the different low temperature treatments,especially the mild hypothermia treatment in the wide range of domestic and foreign applications,there is a lot of negative effects caused by the impact of low temperature,so the treatment effect is subject to a certain controversy.In recent years,guidance of brain protection strategy which can promote normal body temperature reduces the complications caused by low temperature to some extent and improves the prognosis of patients.In this study,the current status of low temperature treatment research and development trends were reviewed,hoping to give researchers and clinicians help to learn from the role of reference.
