聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐免洗洁手凝胶消毒剂配方设计与质量研究 被引量:2

Study on the formula design and quality of a polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride disposable handrub gel

摘要 目的以聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB-HCl)为模型药物,进行PHMB-HCl免洗洁手凝胶的处方设计,并对其含量测定方法进行研究。方法参照常用免洗凝胶处方,对PHMB-HCl消毒凝胶剂的处方进行筛选。采用紫外分光光度法测定PHMB-HCl的含量。结果 PHMB-HCl在0.002~0.01 mg/ml浓度范围内,拟合得到线性方程为y=0.0413x-0.2408,线性关系良好(r^2=0.9995),平均加样回收率为101.64%(RSD=2.62%)。结论该处方工艺合理,检测指标符合相关标准。紫外分光光度法操作简单,结果准确可靠,可用于PHMB-HCl消毒剂的含量测定。 Objective Study on the preparation and quality test method of the disposable handrub gel,whose model drug was polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride( PHMB-HCl),and study the concentration detection methods. Methods Referring to the common prescription of disposable gel,the research screen out the gel prescription for PHMB-HCl. The concentration of PHMB-HCl was detected by UV spectrophotometry method. Results PHMB-HCl had a good linear relationship in the rang of 0. 002-0. 01 mg/ml,which linear equation was y = 0. 0413x-0. 2408( r2= 0. 9995). The average recovery was 101. 64%( RSD = 2. 62%). Conclusion These prescription and preparation process are rational. Detection index meet the relevant standards. The UV spectrophotometry method is simple,accurate and applicable for the quality control of PHMB-HCl.
