摘要
根据沪昆铁路客运专线湖南有限责任公司在铁路项目建设管理中推行应用流程管理的实践,总结了铁路建设项目流程管理体系的建立过程和方法,通过抓好流程管理体系的有效运行,在工程建设管理中取得了较好的实践效果,为铁路建设项目标准化管理的有效推进和全面实施提供了可靠保证,对于大规模、高标准铁路建设具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。
Based on the practice of application process management for Shanghai-Kunming Passengerdedicated Railway Hunan Co Ltd in railway project construction management, this paper concludes the establishment process and method of process management system for railway construction projects. Focusing on the operation of process management system, the great achievements have been made in engineering building management and reliable guarantee has been provided for the standardization of railway construction projects management. All of above has some reference value and practical significance for large-scale and high standard of railway construction.
