摘要
在政府投入约束条件下构建农业科研机构之间科技资源共享的演化博弈模型,从而刻画有限理性的农业科研主体进行异质性科技资源共享的动态策略性行为。研究表明,在政府投入约束条件下,农业科研机构的科技资源共享行为与协同效应正相关,与共享性风险负相关。与此同时,存在最优的投资、异质性共享资源、吸收能力和产出弹性的配置,使得农业科研主体进行科技资源共享意愿最大。
This paper establishes the model of evolutionary game on resources sharing between the agricultural science and technology research institutions,and analyzes the strategic behavior of agricultural research subjects characterized by bounded rationality sharing heterogeneous resource in long-term on the basis of constraints on government investment. The results show that under the constraints of government investment, technology resource sharing behavior is positively correlated with synergistic effects, while negatively correlated with the risk of sharing. What＇ s more, when the benefits and risks of sharing for agricultural research body are corresponding, there is an optimal configuration on investment, heterogeneous shared resources, absorptive capacity and output flexibility, making the willingness of agricultural research body who share the largest science and technology resource utmost.
