摘要
基于雾培栽培技术,研发了一种家庭或实验室的桌面级微型植物工厂,用以高效智能化栽培植物,该系统选取STM32F405RET6作为系统主控芯片,采用单总线、高效率温湿度测量模块DHT11实现对植物根系温度、湿度的监测,利用玻璃电极E201-C和运算放大器CA3140对营养液pH值进行监测,利用双运放LM358和模数变换器(ADC)采集电路对营养液EC值进行监测,采用ULN2003驱动芯片驱动蠕动泵实现营养液自动调配,采用大功率超声波雾化装置对营养液气雾化喷射在植物根系提供植物生长所需养分,该系统可以精确采集系统环境参数并对系统作出有效调控,在基于雾培技术实现系统内植物高效生长的同时,极大地提高了水资源的利用率。
In this paper, a kind of miniature plant factory at home or laboratory is developed based on the aeroponics tech- nology. The system selects STM32F405RET6 as the main control chip, uses DHT11 to monitor the temperature and humidity of the plant root system and uses glass electrode E201-C and operational amplifier CA3140 to monitor the pH value in the nutrient solution. In this system, the peristaltic pump is driven by ULN2003 chip to realize the automatic allocation of nutri- ent solution and the high-power ultrasonic atomizing device is used to spray the nutrient liquid in the root system to provide the nutrients for plant growth. The system can accurately collect environmental parameters and make effective control. It not only realizes the efficient growth of plants in the system, but also greatly improves the utilization rate of water resources
